Senior Building Performance Engineer

The business operates from three strategically placed offices across the Northwest and Midlands. They are an EOT with a strong identity in the market. The business now has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Performance Engineer to be based out of their Manchester or Liverpool office
The Role
- To produce high quality building energy consumption and embodied carbon advice and support across all stages of the design development process.
- To represent the company and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network.
- To support your line manager and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement.
About You
- Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at an intermediate or senior grade.
- Thermal Modelling. Experienced in producing Building Energy Models using IES or TAS software.
- Demonstrable academic qualifications appropriate to the role.
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm in the built environment and progress toward Net Zero Carbon.
- Demonstrable familiarity with key industry agendas and emerging technologies.
- Membership or affiliation with a relevant professional institution.
